All returns must be accompanied with the original invoice! All returns must be received within 14 days of delivery if items were shipped. If Local Pick-Up was chosen as choice of delivery, you have 14 days to return the item(s) from the day that they were delivered to your local pick-up location.
All SALE Items, Jewelry, Deal of the Day, Flash Sales, Grab Bags and anything purchased using a discount code are FINAL SALE.
Returning products must be unworn and must have original tags still attached.
Shoes must be returned in the original packaging. Shoes must be unworn with no scuffs visible.
